POLICIES AND TICKET PRICING INFORMATION
The Triplex Cinema does not issue cash refunds for any purchases. Tickets may be exchanged for a later showing of the same film or credit on a gift card to be used at a later date. · No outside food or drink is allowed in the theater. The Triplex Cinema is required, by virtue of our food license, to be responsible by law for all food and drink consumed on the premises. Therefore only food or drink sold by The Triplex Cinema is allowed in the theaters. This helps us ensure that our patrons have a safe and positive experience · As a result, patrons are subject to a bag check. This policy is printed on our tickets and posted on our website and at the theater entrance. · Outside food and drink can be checked with the ticket taker and picked up after your event/film.
The Triplex Cinema reserves the right to change or modify these policies without notice.
